The reception area had fresh floral arrangements, which brought nature inside. i was greeted with warm smiles. This set a calming tone for my stay. the staff provided attentive service, addressing my questions with care .
The lift was a little slow. It required a bit of patience to get to my floor, but it gave me time to admire the artwork.

room 4 was quite drab and needed a makeover. it did not match the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel though the pricing was high. the overall experience was poor.

i celebrated a birthday here, and it was amazing. the spa treatments were great and the service was great, the staff were very friendly too. the location is ideal, and the hotel is beautiful, i was charmed with everything.
the changing facilities was somewhat run down, with cold temperatures and some non-functional elements. the male changing rooms are quite distant and lacked showers or toilets, a bit inconvenient.
